Caitlyn is a difficult champion to deal with in laning fase. Let her push, try to keep your distance and once you get your BORK and boots you should be able to duel her. IMPORTANT don't step into her traps or you lose the duel.
Xayah Outranges you and she can snare you with her E. Once you get snared, you basically lost the fight because it will deals 40% of your health and prevent you from kiting. Try to fight Xayah when she has used her W and be sure to dodge her E and then you can easily fight her.
You won't be able to duel lucian untill you hit your core items. Don't ever try to solo him if you haven't reach your powerspike because when lucian rushes BORK you can't win. So I advice to fight either 2v2's or don't fight him at all.
Varus isn't that difficult to deal with, dodge his Q in laning fase and if you don't get snared by his ult you can easily win against him.
This is kind of a tricky lane because he can basically kill you when he initiates with Q + R. However head-on fights can you easily win. So don't be afraid of him, just make sure you get vision on him(Control Wards) and you should be able to do fine.
Never 1v1 Tristana if she has her Q+E+R Ready. If you are alone in lane she only has to jump on you and unleash her combo and you're 100% dead. Your only chance to win 1v1's is to engage her when her E is on cooldown.
if you are able to dodge her Q you should be able to win 1v1's easy
Don't position yourself behind the minions to make sure that you don't get hit by her Q(double-up). She can deal a lot of poke damages however in an all-out fight you should be able to win.
Jinx will win the early game due to the poke of her rockets. However once you get to your powerspike you should be able to win against jinx when you initiate.
Don't try to trade damage with jhin because he will outdamage you with his aa + q poke. Easiest way to win is to fight when he just uses his fourth shot and is about to reload.
No way you will win this lane. You can't outrade him, and even if you get ahead: NEVER try to 1v1 a Draven. You need some kind of CC to be able to fight draven, so don't get cocky and fight him.
Stay behind minions to prevent her from poking you with her W(volley) and try to trade with your Q when she tries to farm. If you are even in lane and you hit your powerspike you should be able to win a fight.
Once you hit lvl 6, it will be easy to win against Kog'maw (If he doesn't have a janna or Lulu) you can just simple engage on him when his W is on cooldown and you will win. However don't underestimate the power of kog'maw when his W is up.
If Ezreal can't poke you down before a fight it will be easy peasy to kill ezreal. If ezreal rushes iceborn, all you need to do is dodging her Q's and you should be able to chase her down.
Alistar is a really good support, he can engage for you and all you have to do is follow him up and you should be able to get some easy kills.
Leona has a shitton of CC when is perfect for Vayne since she can just follow up and Chase them down.
Nami is a really good support! she can buff vayne so she can slow the enemy. She engage with her bubble or ult. And most important she can sustain really good with her heal.
Janna is decent, the shields are good when vayne wants to trade but since the Cooldown of the shield is pretty big it isn't the best support for vayne. Her Q however is really good for disengaging & her W is really good to catch enemies. The only minus point of janna is that she doesn't have sustain(No heals)
Soraka is really good if you want to sustain and just farm. However you lack the ability to engage, but that is in most match ups not a problem.
Pyke is really good against the classic "Sustain lane" with a janna/lulu/nami. But against a poke lane he is somewhat weaker since most of the times you won't be able to all-in even when he catches an enemy.
Well, basically Hit Q and you can get a kill, but if he misses Q he is useless since blitzcrank doesn't help you sustain & just sits back.
For the second Tree, always go sudden Impact. The extra lethality after you used your Q is very useful for trades and for the second rune I prefer Ravenous hunter since you will get a lot of healing from proc'ing your W on tanks. (YES, you heal when you get your third hit on a target).
