Just a prototype..

I haven't played League for quite some time, and came back to a very different Summoner's Rift. Given that my past builds have been COMPLETELY destroyed by the Season 3 items, I decided to try a prototypical build that reflected my past strategy. I'll put more work into the official build guide, but for now, I just want some feedback on how this build works with other people. I haven't lost a single game using this build, and I'm hoping it serves the community well :D
