Spells:
Flash
Heal
Ability Order
Rising Spell Force (PASSIVE)
Ezreal Passive Ability
Playing as Ezreal or against him
He can counter kinda all the other AD Carrys like:
Ashe
Vayne
Corki
Varus
Miss Forune
But he cant counter easy carrys like:
Caitlyn
Draven
Graves
Sivir
But generally Ezreal from early game can deal a great amount of damage, can counter a lot of carries and has a great survability, and also at late game can deal too a lot of damage and have a AoE ulti that can bring you a win if you have a team with a lot of stuns and snares.
