Thanks for the awesome comment! I will definitely add in the things about the tankiness early game. For the jungle path, I accidently posted this guide early so I missed that haha but I just added it. I think I like your changes to the Item build and the Runes a lot better than what I have. I actually run the magic pen runes but I didn't know how to explain their effectiveness. For the skill sequence I like the consistent damage of Vorpal spikes a lot but you bring up a good point, he only really needs the 2 levels early on. Thanks again for the awesome comment this will really help me to get started :D

Refreshing guide, don't see many Cho'gath jungle guides nowadays [probably cause he has more success top ;-)]. Exquisite starting illustration (who is the small hooded figure?) and a refined format you have here, people at times can overlook the importance of that. Even know jungle path is almost self-explained nowadays you should still include a section on it.

Pros and Cons to Playing Cho

Should note in brackets that hes only tanky once hes gotten the ball rolling on his Feast stacks, otherwise pre-level 6 he isn't exactly a strong duelist like you would say the likes of Skarner or Lee Sin are at that stage of the game. Add speed to the end of "Reliabe/Easy jungle" otherwise it doesn't quite make sense. Amend the "CC requires skill" to "CC are skill-shot based" since it may come off as slightly rude heh.

Ability Discussion

Completely disagree with the Feast comment, it is game-changing. As you noted before it is a potent smite-like ability in that it can be used to steal objectives such as Dragon or Baron which are very much game changing. Plus, that burst is true damage burst - not exactly something you can shrug off.

Out of Game Setup (Runes/Masteries)

Not exactly sure why you went Greater Mark of Attack Damage over Greater Mark of Magic Penetration. The majority of the damage you do is magical damage, you say the reasoning behind it is so that you can clear the jungle faster but the speed of which you clear it comes from your magical AoE damage not your single target auto-attack damage (this includes Vorpal Spikes damage). You could also consider going Greater Mark of Attack Speed but Greater Mark of Magic Penetration prove better in the long-run.

The Item Build

In order to fully reap the passive benefit of Heart of Gold you should buy it rather early in order to be make full productive use of it so getting it before Catalyst the Protector is more appropriate. Its Frozen Heart by the way, not Icy Heart (understood you of course though).

Skill Sequence

Yeah I don't understand the method behind this leveling path, perhaps if you had a section explaining why I would have better understanding. However as it stands I understand why you level Vorpal Spikes twice that early but why carry on? After the two level ups you can leave it till last getting your more potent damage and CC skills. Whats the point of having a stronger Vorpal Spikes to clear the jungler camps when you can just Q > W > 1 auto attack to clear them? Or, whats the point of leveling a consistent steady melee damage ability when your after raw burst damage and CC ( Feral Scream increases silence duration) for these short fast paced ganking phases? If you haven't tried leveling with the priority order of R > W > Q > E after level 3 I'd most heartily recommend you try it out.
