For Me Ivern atm is the most Op Jungle in this patch, his Powerspike is in mid game but if you are a good ivern you can optimize the jungle control for your team.

First of all we talk about ivern.
Ivern is THE first "Support " In the jungle, he have utility, Mobility ( whit runes) and control of jungle, on of the counter of him is nunu because they have the same utility.
Is powerspike is in the mid game because he have his core item ( Redemption athene and solari)
45% Cdr Is Op on ivern.

Whit this Path you will get Extra Exp And gold ( comparate to another jungle for that minute)
Path Of Ivern!
-Raptors LV 1
-Red LV 1
- Blue ( Smite It ) LV 2
-Remember to use your 2 pot
- Gromp LV 2
- Wolf LV 2
- Go take Raptors and red LV 3
- In this moment you have 2 choice gank whit 300 hp ( not reccomended ) Or do Krugs and wait 20 seconds.
- Do Krugs and smite them ( REMEMBER FOR DON'T WAST YOUR TIME WHEN THE smite have 8 second just back and while you are backing smite the camp so you don't lose time.)
And you have the gold for Boots And Pot for jungle.
