DEWO, your a beast. thanks for the advice lol i never thought you would actually do it. like i said its my first build and i didn't really know what i was doing so i guess its ok for my first. but almost all the time i go freestyle with skill sequence because it kinda of depends on who your playing.

I like the build a lot, however i would max out improved ghost and good hands instead of getting perseverance, question though, since you dont have the breakdown of the items when do you get each piece, ie boots of speed etc? would you mind breaking it down a bit?

I am not a Rammass expert or even good player with him. You wanted a rewiev so there you go... I cant take any responsibility on what i write here tho :P

Ok from the begining.

Summoner spells:
Flash and Ghost. Good choices. Could swap Ghost for Cleanse since we got our powerball, but in most scenarios i would go with Ghost and Flash as well.

Runes.
Ok mate, this is not the best setup imho. I use:
Marks - Mpen (nearly all your damage counting sunfire in there comes from magic source, this is srsly a better choice than armor)
Seals - Flat armor. (might swap for hp/lvl but on ramm armor is better imho)
Glyphs - Flat Mres - to be flexible and not get eaten by harrasing casters early game
Quits - Flat HP - for more early game survivability.
More or less this is the ideal setup imho for runes, gives you all, offense, armor, mres and hp.

Skill order:
This is what amazed me most...
I see one big mess in there. No matter what you should prio this way:
Soaring Slam -> Puncturing Taunt -> Defensive Ball Curl -> Powerball
So your skill oder should be Q/E/W/E/E/R/E/W/E/W/R and so on. I cant see absolutly any other option on ramm. You might get more focus on W if your survivability is low.

Items.
Rushing Thornmail is not the best idea. Firstly you should check how other team looks like. If you have mixed team (and in 95% of the cases you will get mixed teams) you should cover every aspect of your survivability. You have 2 choices imho:
Sunfire Cape - Has Anti caster burst via HP it gives, it has ani physical dps via armor and offensive tool via passive that helps you farm waaaay more effectivly.
or
Aegis - Armor/Mres/hp and some nice aura. Also offensive tool via this aura. But less effective tho, easier to complete since it has small and cheap pieces.

You should get at least +1 boots before completing this or that. Powerball is % based remember that. Also i wouldnt stick to one type of boots. It is commonly picked equaly to the enemy team composition. Tabi or Merc. If you feel super safe and want some more pew pew power get sorc ones. If enemy is fast and you feel safe, get +3 ones.

After getting Aegis or sunfire you should pick either Thornmail or Force. Than go for Sunfire than check again if you got thornmail and you feel squishy to casters get force if not get another sunfire... and so on.

Again anything i wrote here is just my ideas, and i say it again, i suck with playing with Ramm and might be totaly wrong what i wrote here.

and instead of ghost get Flash its a great Tac tic to flash powerball into 5 ppl and then use ult
