Lane Phase
During lane phase its pretty simple. The first level you take Q and level 2 you take E then you would want to get Dash on them (has to be close enough to hit him with your dash) if the champ is able to dash wait on your W for a little bit let them dash Recast E and then Q and finish them Off. if it a ranged Match up play safe intill level 2 unless you get dismounted then you have to play super safe.
Combo BREAKER
AA = Auto Attack
Level 1 Cheese
Hide in A bush:: AA-Q-AA-AA intill he dies.
you have the most health in the game. theres only a few that can kill you Like Shen!!
Basic Combo
E-Q-AA-AA-E-AA-AA
Ult Combo
Q-R-E-AA-AA-E-AA
While your Q is in the air ult Towards them and you should be able to lane your Q while your ult it happening.
Note you have to be in ranged to hit your Q. this is just a more sticky way to stay on them.

WHen its about 10-15 mins into the game you can go around looking for picks your ult helps a lot for this if you are behind it work a lot and if you are ahead.

late Game
Late game is your hardest weakness you fall off hard and you are only good for picking off adcs or Big health Pool and ult speed. late game it is pretty hard to remount and survive.
Starter Items
doran's blade when to buy it. You would want to buy it if you are vsing a melee Match up
