Introduction
As of 8.4 Anivia is now considered god tier. The new item changes have given her 40% cdr and bonus 15% damage without changing her build at all.
Pros / Cons

One of the strongest lv 2 in the game
lane bully (especially post 6)
high burst
high DPS
Does not need AP to kill early
lv 6 kill potential
top tier mid/late game
strong zoning
decent kiting
new runes make her burst insane
CAN CARRY
CONS
-
weak early game and can be shoved easily
one of the slowest movespeeds in the game (325)
missing Q is extremely taxing
no escapes (wall does not always work)
one of the slowest attack speeds and the slowest attack animation in the game (very hard to cs on)
relatively telegraphed playstyle
