Introduction
My name is Justin and this is my very first guide ever. I am currently ranked in Gold, but honestly, I don't play a lot of ranked games as I enjoy normals much more because they're usually a lot more fun and less tryhard. Lol. I play on both EUW and NA, as I travel almost every other month between Hong Kong and England.
In my opinion, everybody has their own way of playing champs on League of Legends, therefore I will not be writing a lot on how to play Rek'Sai, but I shall briefly explain a few things on the way, so feel free to just use the Item Build, Runes and Masteries suggestions above and you don't have to bother reading what I have to say down there.
Please, as this is my very first guide, comment if you have any questions or feedback! All help is appreciated and if this guide has helped you out, vote it up! (It only takes a single click of your mouse :3) <3
Of course, this guide will be constantly updated, so below is the chagelog if you even care. :D

Attack speed runes are essential, so that Rek'Sai can build up his fury as fast as possible and have better sustain in the jungle. You can replace the scaling CD reduction runes with just CD reduction runes if you want an easier start. I chose AD marks because I did not want to go full attack speed for Rek'Sai, as it would then take longer for him to clear camps even though it would result in better sustain.
Attack speed and CD reduction is great for Rek'Sai, but feel free to take a point from Fury (attack speed) and/or from Executioner and place them somewhere else in Offense. Health is also suitable, which is why I put 9 points in Defense, providing stronger ganks and allows you to stay longer in the jungle. However, placing the 9 points in Utility is not a bad idea too, if you want increased lane presence.
Without the need to say, Rek'Sai definately has a unique kit. When above ground, her Q allows her to deal surrounding damage and build up her fury faster. Her E is a bite which deals more damage as her fury is increased.
When burrowed, Rek'Sai is able to sense her enemies within a good range.
Her ultimate, sends her to any burrow she has made, as long as she is not attacked during the channeling. Although there will be a global sound, a well placed burrow will leave the enemy no chance to escape.

Rek'Sai is a great counterjungler. With her burrow, she can detect whether the enemy jungler is within the radius, and with her Q while she's burrowed, she can find out if the neutral monsters have respawned or not. Also, with her E, she can jump in and out of the enemy jungle camps!
Handy tip: Rek'Sai's Q actually resets her attack animation, so time it well and you can maximise her damage output. For example, use Q immediately after her first attack animation!
