Rek'sai is a very fun Champion to use and can get lots of kills easily only if no one is fed on the opposing team :)

How to use Tunnels/Burrow (W/E)

The Burrow allows you to burrow into the ground but it limits your vision, you can see if something is coming through puddle like things that appear in the circle around you. You can also see through bushes with this xD but sometimes you can mistaken enemy champions for buffs so... be careful

Jungling

early game, when your getting to lvl 2 with by killing a gromp, its best to have someones help ( adc,support,top, etc.) If you don't have help, recall right after. you should be able to kill the gromp at level 1

Farming

Rek'sai Farm late game is very easy with Q because his attack speed is so high. taking down turrets is really easy too late game.
