I go for last whisper because of the attack speed mainly, the ArP is mainly a plus. I get the mallet before the cleaver for the chance on hit slow. I also go Utlity in masteries because of the 5% exp gain, which from what I have seen, can help majorly instead of defensive stats. Although I'll think about changing the ArP runes to armor or something of the sort.

seals are inferior
starting out with last whisper while u got arpen marks
finishing mallet before cleaver
going secondary in defense would be better in masteries imo

The reason I use heal instead of ghost is because in the beginning you dont have a lot of hp and armor to work with so its definitely helpful to have the heal when need. The rest of your comment I dont understand, no offense.

u should to reviem the masteris put defence than utylity and the get exoust and ghost not heal, he can heal wth a littel bit of lifes steal

Alright I guess I have to comment again now that he put his name on it. Anyway the build is definetly intresting and I tried it in game and it actually worked queit well for me.
