Second Build on MobaFire, First one went well and i wasted too much time on it so Im making this one short and simple.

Pros:
Tons of Damage (LoL)
Late game Unkillable (Tankyness)
Best jungle Kite in game
Thrill of the Hunt Give you very easy Engage / Dis-Engage
You have X-Ray vision With Thrill of the Hunt
Late Game Domination

Cons
Squishy Early game
squishy mid game

Marks: Greater Mark of Attack Damage Get Health Back from Life Steal
Seals: Greater Seal of Armor So you dont die in jungle
Glyphs: Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist So AP Champs dont kill you
Quints Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage More AD=faster jungle

I get Lethality Because Rengar's Savagery Crits So... you know, Pwning Noobs never hurt anyone.

Bladed Armor Because minions Op

Smite Try Rengar Jungling without it ^_^ doesnt work well
Exhaust Helps Secure kills Flash works too if your kinky like that

Build # 2
Ignite I like it Good at Shuting down people / Picking up kills
Teleport I dont play top with out it, if you want Swap it for Flash

Bola Strike > Battle Roar because The heal amount doesnt change and i use Bola Strike to harass

Wraiths -> Red -> Golems -> Wariths -> wolves -> Blue -> gank

Make Sure you use Savagery after one auto attack to reset the auto attack timer.

Late game: Thrill of the Hunt kill their ad carry win game
