This build maximizes SINGLE SHOT DAMAGE. Not overall sustained stand and trade damage. Play with some of the teams I do and salvage some of the games I do and you'll see why I need it and play it; I watch teams throw the easiest wins imaginable, as we all do. If you haven't been in battlefields where your team is ****ting the bed and you're trying to save it from extreme blast range you haven't played the Jinx games I have.

Obviously you're at a very low elo if you think clarity is viable on pretty much anyuone. Adc's are meant to do consistent damage overtime, otherwise you're essentially just a bad ad caster. Attack speed quints are much better than than cdr quints, especially on jinx of all champions. As the posters above have said 2 infinity edges sucks, and while yes it does increase your ad and crit significantly, it costs an insane amount of gold, the passives don't stack and you need a last whisper. Mana regen seals are also a waste and you need armor. You'll be doing almost no damage to anyone with armor. You should add a lot more details, and the guide is poorly oriented. I don't really even know why i'm saying this since most likely you'll just call me a "hater" and proceed to keep building jinx this way.

And what about the chances where I get to fire only ONE rocket from distance and need to have it kill?
You all don't understand this build. I love how hated it is. That makes me sure it's worth playing over and over.

I disagree with you both. :) The second IE is for the base stats, not the passive, which I know doesn't double. I've been playing for years. I don't lack experience - which you misspelled, showing a lack of patience; but you may lack mathematical ability. I also don't like the arrogance and nastiness. I win a lot of games with this build.
Yes, Last Whisper was added - as a more, not a core.
I in particular dislike players who fail to realize Clarity is playable all the way through the game. All mana is potential healing or damage. Players who think Clarity is pure troll are usually arrogant people in my experience.
Em, you're gold, so I'll have the debate with you if you like. I get 2xIE for the double-crit STATS. Static doesn't add damage AND crit. Please check your math.

Omg.
Have you ever seen someone building to IE's? Have you ever calculated that spending so much gold into these two items is worth? You lose the gold value of the second item's passive and don't gain any other stat supporting the first IE at all. Statikk ADDS damage indeed as it increases your AS making you hit more often with your amount of AD = more damage, the added crit = more damage.
LW is CORE because you won't deal any damage at all against people building resistances AND it already penetrates base resistances pretty well making it worth buying.
Clarity is considered a low-level summoner even by Riot, deal with it.
