In Noxus, any citizen may rise to power regardless of race, gender, or social standing -- strength is all that matters. It was with committed faith in this ideal that Riven strove to greatness. She showed early potential as a soldier, forcing herself to master the weight of a long sword when she was barely its height. She was ruthless and efficient as a warrior, but her true strength lay in her conviction. She entered battles without any trace of doubt in her mind: no ethical pause, no fear of death. Riven became a leader amongst her peers, poster child of the Noxian spirit. So exceptional was her passion that the High Command recognized her with a black stone rune sword forged and enchanted with Noxian sorcery. The weapon was heavier than a kite shield and nearly as broad -- perfectly suited to her tastes. Soon after, she was deployed to Ionia as part of the Noxian invasion.
What began as war quickly became extermination. Noxian soldiers followed the terrifying Zaunite war machines across fields of death. It wasn't the glorious combat for which Riven trained. She carried out the orders of her superiors, terminating the remnants of a beaten and fractured enemy with extreme prejudice. As the invasion continued, it became clear that the Ionian society would not be reformed, merely eliminated. During one bitter engagement, Riven's unit became surrounded by Ionian forces. They called for support as the enemy closed in around them. What they received instead was a barrage of biochemical terror launched by Singed. Riven watched as around her Ionian and Noxian alike fell victim to an unspeakably gruesome fate. She managed to escape the bombardment, though she could not erase the memory. Counted dead by Noxus, she saw an opportunity to start anew. She shattered her sword -- severing ties with the past -- and wandered in self-imposed exile. Now she seeks atonement and her own way to serve the pure Noxian vision in which she believed.

i pick clarity cuz riven has no mana so dis spell fixes her mana probs it also has a very short cd!!!



i also pick revive cuz if u use dis build u will b dieing alot so revive is good spell for riven

dont take flash cuz riven alr has 4 jumps from her abilitie flash is just a waste

also dont take ignite cuz its damage over time riven needs alot burst dmg

Runic Blade

Riven's abilities charge her blade for 5 seconds, causing her to do 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 % of her total attack damage as bonus physical damage on her next basic attack. Riven can store up to 3 charges, and can only expend one at a time.

Broken Wings RANGE: 260 COOLDOWN: 13 COST: No cost

ACTIVE: Riven steps forward and lashes out in a series of powerful sword slashes that will deal physical damage to all enemies within 112.5 range. This ability can be activated a second time within 4 seconds, and a third time within 4 seconds of that. The third activation damages enemies within 150 range and also knocks them back 225 units. All three strikes deal the same damage.
PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 30 / 55 / 80 / 105 / 130 (+ 70% bonus AD)
TOTAL DAMAGE: 90 / 165 / 240 / 315 / 390 (+ 210% bonus AD)

ACTIVE: Riven deals physical damage to all enemies within range and stuns them for 0.75 seconds.

ACTIVE: Riven dashes towards the cursor and gains a shield that absorbs a certain amount of damage. The shield dissipates after 2.5 seconds if not already destroyed.
SHIELD: 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 / 190 (+ 100% bonus AD)

Blade of the Exile COOLDOWN: 110 / 80 / 50 COST: No cost

ACTIVE: For 15 seconds Riven's sword is reformed, granting her 20% increased attack damage and 75 increased range on her basic attacks. Also Broken Wings's normal and third area of effect radii increase to 162.5 and 200, and Ki Burst's area of effect radius increases to 135. She is also granted the ability to use Wind Slash once for the duration.

Wind Slash RANGE: 900

ACTIVE: Riven unleashes a 2200-speed wave of energy, dealing physical damage to all enemies hit. It deals increased damage based on an enemy's missing health, gaining up to 200% more damage against enemies with up to 75% missing health.
BASE PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 80 / 120 / 160 (+ 60% bonus AD)
MAXIMUM DAMAGE (WITH ENEMY AT 25% HEALTH OR LOWER): 240 / 360 / 480 (+ 180% bonus AD)
