You can replace the armor runes by magic resistance runes if you need the magic resistance.

Typical 21/9/0 offensive AD masteries.

The Black Cleaver: I prefer to build Youmuu's Ghostblade

Only build this if the enemy team got a lot of AP and CC.

Only build this if the enemy Team got a lot of AD and AA damage.

This item is very situational. Only build this if the enemy Team have a Warwick or a Malzahar.

Build this if you are laning against an AP Champion.

It gives you Armor and HP. It explains it self.

It gives you Magic Resist, HP and a nice spell shield. Build this if the enemy team got a burst mage like Veigar or Syndra.

Pros:
Very high damage Output
Much CC
Very good duelist
Very good teamfighter
Good Engage/Disengage
Can oneshot carrys
Extremly fun :D



Cons:
Very hard to learn/master
Useless if silenced
Squishy in the late game
No sustain in her kit
Can get shut downed with cc

With Riven you have to use your passive. If you dont use your passive, you will deal lesser damage.

Here are some tips how to engage at your Opponent.
At the start of the game you can push the lane and all in your Opponent with lvl 2. (Skill W second)
Your Basic Combo to engage pre 6 is E > Q > AA > Q > AA > Q > AA > W > AA
Wih 6 your combo is E > R > AA > Q > AA > Q > AA > Q > AA > W

Animation canceling You can cancel alot of Animations with Riven. This will make your combos faster.

Here are some examples:
E > R
E > W > Q
E > R > Q
Tiamat > W
E > Tiamat > Q > R
R > Flash
