Thanks!
The early Negatron Cloak is only handy when playing vs AP though. So if you use it top you have to watch who you're facing (this is always true for Rumble off course). Thanks for the vote :)

Could you elaborate? I know most people take Rylai's Crystal Scepter first. But I actually think getting Warmog's Armor or Rabadon's Deathcap first is better because I think the slow on Rylai's Crystal Scepter is not that good on Rumble.

Also, your E does not proc the double damage from its slow

How do you figure this? Electro-Harpoon does not impair movement?? It's a slow just like Rylai's Crystal Scepter is a slow?? This is the whole point of my argument. Why take an item that slows on ability-hit, to proc Liandry's Torment, when 2 out of 3 hittable abilities already HAVE a slow... I will definitely test this out tomorrow but I would be stunned that the Electro-Harpoon doesn't proc it.

I do agree Rylai's Crystal Scepter is not a bad item. The AoE slow is nice. Even though we already have an AoE slow: our ulti, the The Equalizer. Rylai's turns our Q into an AoE slow but only for 15%. If we hit the Q after hitting the Electro-Harpoon first, it should already proc the double damage from Liandry's Torment .. give that Electro-Harpoon does indeed proc it.

So, again, not a bad item. I'll definitely try to clarify this item better. Thanks for pointing this out.

Thank you for your time to comment. I'll try to make some adjustments though I'm not sure I'll be able to do much in the coming two days. Probably will take me until wednesday :).

You don't explain much of your choices

I take it you mean item wise?

I'll try to explain it a little better. Yes, it's two items. Most people will get the Rabadon's anyway. So it's basicly a choice for not delaying it. I'll try to make it more clear.

I don't think there's any alternatives, apart from Guardian Angel. I think it's also explained in the guide why some items that might seem good are actually almost never better.

abilities section.... + needs much more information

The reason why I didn't write more here (I think I did write some explanation how to use it) is because Staafmixer already said it perfectly. What he said is how I learned it and how I still do it. I don't think it's needed to reinvent the wheel? Can I quote him directly here? Is that allowed? Should I just recommend people to first check Staafmixer's guide because they need that information to understand this?
The aim if this guide was never to be a complete, in depth guide. It's more of an adaptation/addon on what is different when you play him Mid.

Can you comment on this?

I do thank you for taking the time to give feedback. I'll try to make some adjustments, trying to make the aim of the guide more clear and make some adjustments to the item section when time permits (probably somewhere in the coming week).

This is a bad idea and your reasoning is completely faulty.

It is a bit short, but not bad.
Most people prefer a Rylia's on Rumble and I think your reasoning is a bit wishy-washy.
Also, your E does not proc the double damage from its slow (or if it does, its only a fraction of the time)
Plus, the utility Rylia's provides with an AOE slow on a 3 second CD is ridiculous in AOE comps.

I won't vote yet, I'll check back in a day or two.

You don't explain much of your choices, and when you said that it is better to get Warmog's Armor and Rabadon's Deathcap instead of Rylai's Crystal Scepter, you forgot to mention that Rylai's Crystal Scepter takes one slot while providing two AoE slows and one single target slow and also, it gives you significant amount of HP and AP while Warmog's Armor and Rabadon's Deathcap take away two slots but give greater stats. That's why you should consider adding Rylai's Crystal Scepter to your core items.

Explain your item choices better and give alternatives.

And abilities section.... You should explain why you max Q and why do you max E second and W last. Also give some tips how to use them. Also some notes about them (Q for example = Deals half the damage to minions etc.)

IMO this guide needs much more information which means that I might downvote this if I won't see any changes or if you don't explain the things I pointed out.
