hello LOL'ers this is my first Rumble build.
plz first try out and then vote.
ill explain everything later on in the guide.

i max flamespitter first. flamespitter is youre main ability. is early game its great for herrasing the opponent. And in late game its a good damage dealer and a good chase ability.

next i max out scrapshield. this is a great ability. it can take enough damage to give you time to crush youre opponent. or gives enough time to let youre teammates catch up to you.
its happened to me i dozen of times, i'm low on health and I bait the opponents. When they come close i activate scrapshield take some damage and run away. BAM!!! gank from our team--->ace

i get 1 point in electro-harpoon at lv 3 and max out last because the slow is handy but youre other ability's are simply better.

i get The equalizer when i can. AND THIS ABILITY IS INSANE!!!!!!. its great for that !@#$% tower hugging ashe with i few HP left(or other tower huggers). I can't count the times when enemy's teleport to base with just a few HP left

If you know that an enemy is in the bush use equalizer scrapshield to rush in then flamespitter. if they run shoot a harpoon at them and its an easy kill.

i take ghost for the extra speed. ghost is a good skill for chasing or escaping. should i explain more?

second spell is ignite. ignite is good if someone run away with just a little HP left and your ult is on a cooldown.

NEVER TOOK THESE.
clarity: obvious :you dont have mana.
revive: don't die.
cleanse: you can take ALOT of damage so 2 seconds of stun doesnt do much harm(ive got a game that it took 5 enemys(ashe used ult, master yi used ult, twisted fate, tryndamere and a rammus used ult) and it still took them 20 seconds to take me down.

cons
speed early.
not great at last hitting minions.
if the enemy sees youre roaming they surely going to gank you.

early game. stand in the bush. if the enemy rush in ignite them flamespitter and its should be a first blood. just herras the opponent with flamespitter and kills some minions.

in mid game you should have enough damage to kills some opponents if you have enough for the next items go back to base.

late game you now should have all youre abbility's and probably be legendary :P.
by now the enemy team curses you and probably qq about OP rumble.

the fight sequence should be Q-->w-->E or if youre ult is up R-->Q--->W---E.
always try to get in the dangerzone and don't be afraid to overheat because then youre damage is greatly! increased.

also don't be afraid to initiate. you have an insane HP so you can take a beating when you halved the health of some enemy's let youre team come in an score an ace.
if you have you're ult initiate with that. then it's just price shooting

To wrap it up.
first there are probably some grammar mistakes but thats because i'm dutch and my English isn't very good.

if you play rumble good and use this build you're gonna be in no time legendary.
