Introduction
First of All forgive my poor English.
Now I will explain you how to build a killing machine master ragequitter in a 3v3 match.
Here you can see my rates in some 3v3 match with rumble
Pros
-
Alot of early games damage
Powerfull Ulty
Almost Zero Coldown
Can autoattack while using skill
No Mana, skill cost only heat
Good slow
-
Later in the game is utility decrease
A little training needed to master the heat and danger zone thing
E skill is a fast but short skilshoot
Ulty difficult to aim and sometimes bug
It's a caster "IN YOUR FACE"
DO NOT PLAY RUMBLE LIKE THIS WITOUTH AL LEAST 25 AP FROM RUNES
I killed a lot of rumbles only because they missed the right damage output for the Q skill in early game
So i am going with +25 ap from runes, hp per level on seals for better survivability and magic pen on marks as like any other caster.
The item to start is Doran's Ring!
OMG mana regen on rumble? yeah.. you don't need but who cares of that tiny mana regen we got 100 hp and 15 ap amaziiingg you start with 40 ap with my runes and your Q skill does 60 damage per second at level 1
After the Doran I usualy buy basic shoes and the rush the Hexteck Revolver for the spelvamp, yes spellvamp on rumble, your skill cost no mana and can be easy spammed, and ypu can regen a lot of HP from waves with your Q skill.
After the Revolver complete your shoes, either Sorceror Shoes or Mercury Threads are good, and start saving money for the giants belt, and build it later in a Crystal Scepter
You are pretty done, at this time you can choose if finish the Will of The Ancients or rush a Sunfire Cape, that depends on the damage your AD enemy can put up.
Usually after the sunfire the game is ended, really, but if you go past this point you can choose to grab an Abyssal Scepter ( if they have a good AP champ) or rush the DeathCap and put an end too their hope to win.
Max out ASAP your Q skill, is the main source of rumble dps and survability throug spellvamp.
Put a point in W skill at 3 and then max out alongside with Q your E.
The slow and damge of your E will ensure a lot of Kills.
Of course you need to max out your ulty each time you can (6-11-16)
Ignite
I love ignite, but this summoner is especially good on rumble because it comboes with your Q and your ulty, and will let you have your first blood at level 1 or 2
Exahust
Same of ignite, the slow will let you burn the enemy champ and activate your Q skill a couple more times.
YOU MUST TAKE THE SOLO LANE, NO MATHER WHAT
I usally play rumble aggressively, you can and you should. Is easy to get first blood in solo lane with him and you should, put your opponent out of exp and chase him until the tower burning him up with your Q skill and slowing with E.
At the start of the game I usually wait near my tower, untill some of the enemies pop up on the mini map, and then dive the second bush of the top lane. After that I'll take a look at my opponent and his item if he is squishy I'll pop out the bush and start hitting him with Q, if he stay is easy to ensure the kill if he is running you have to choose if use ignite and exahust to ensure the kill or let him go.
If you opponent is a tough one or has summoner that can let him escape, just harrass a bit and wait for level 2, with your E skill nobody can escape you. Just ensure that you start the fight near the mid of the lane or better in your half of the lane.
Do not wander a lot, stay in lane and go back to buy only if you see misses or low healt ( before you buy the revolver after that just spam Q on creeps)
At level 6 you can gank and help your mates with the slow and the huge range of your ulty.
Heat - OverHeat
To ensure a good play with rumble you need to master the heat thing, each of your skills (except for the ultimate) costs 20 heat, so that means: after 5 skill you are silenced for 6 second, but beware! that not means that you are useless!!! your attack damage will grow up and you can still take kills with your autoattack.
After the 50 heat your skill do 30% more damage ( Q and W ) or shield and make you run faster of the same percentage ( E ). It's wiser to wait for 1 or 2 sec from one skill and another to let you stay in the danger zone and totaly melt your enemy, however this is not always possible and you should go in overheat, if you need that, without esitation.
Remember that spamming your skill when attacking a tower and letting you go in overheat will make you do A LOT of damage to the buildings.
