Jungle

Path goes as follows:

Start with E and throw 2 saplings into river bushes, to secure invade
Save smite for red, and the second one for times of need, like river crab fight

1. Blue - at 1 minute mark start throwing saplings to blue bush (should throw 3)
2. Gromp - only if finished blue with at least 70% health, or experienced. Use first potion
3. Wolves
4. Wraiths - throw sapling into wraiths bush, use Q from away and lure them to the bush so sapling hits them all
5. Red

Now gank or head to the river crab!
