When to go Bulky Build?
Many Annie players will know to go Ludens against squishies and liandries against tanky enemies but usually do not go the Bulky Build
The Bulky Build is good with these following conditions:
1) Enemy stack resistances (Thus more utility derives from Ability Haste and Tankiness).
2) Enemy team comp will build spell shields (Thus Annie needs to stay alive for more spell rotations).
3) Your team comp already has alot of damage.
