I prefer to go Flash and Barrier with ADC some people say Heal is better but your support can grab heal and flash but it is also a preference thing you can go Flash Heal and then your support can get exhaust its really a prefence. and flash is obviousley for more mobility (Gap Creater Gap Closer etc.)

Item Build

Dorans Blade and health pot is for a good starting lane sustain and a little bit of early damage combined into 1 item. You want to build Bloodthirster first and if you can buy BF sword on your first back you are at a great start. after you finish Bloodthirster you want to get Berserkers Greaves for added move speed and attack speed try to farm up Bloodthirster immediatly as it will benefit you greatly keep in mind if you die you lsoe half of your stacks. Next build last whisper to deem the armor that they have potentially useless. Next comes Runaans Hurricane some people think Runaans is a terrible item but it gives you more attack speed you attack enemies and gives u multi shot which can be very useful in teamfights for more speed and attacking multiple high value targets at one time but it is a prefferencial item you can get Phantom Dancer instead its really your choice. Infinity Edge is a standard ADC item and gives you more crit more crit damage and damage period and GA is for more survivability.
