Jungle Taric: not OP, but a potential good pick
While mana is an issue early game, it's possible to work around it once you have cinderhulk. Your W and E also allows you to land brilliant follow up CC when working with laners with a form of dash or CC, such as Thresh or Gnar. While certainly not a top tier jungler, I believe he is viable support jungler pick along with Nunu and Ivern with a game changing ult and fantastic stat efficiency.
First, communicate with your team that you'll be going for a full clear first. You really need to have cinder by your first back, otherwise you'll lose a lot of tempo.
Level 1 you always start blue, even when on blue side. Your top laner doesn't have to give a hard leash at all, with even a few autos helping. Taking the buff relies heavily on your bastion passive. By taking Q first you can repeatedly proc it until the camp is between third and half health. From there use hp pots liberally. BE PATIENT AND DON'T USE SMITE UNLESS A STEAL IS LIKELY. You then move onto gromp and wolves, taking E after you take blue buff and then placing a second point into Q. This is to make use of your passive and Q's charge system as effectively as possible.
When you get to raptors, aim to hit at least 4 raptors including the big un. Smite big chicken then set about cleaning up the little ones. Red buff don't smite and just whittle down patiently. With krugs take out the medium krug first, then move onto the large one. Smite the large one for a faster clear. Once you've cleared krugs, cautiously check for scuttle. If it's up, take it but again, cautiously. Then back and get Bamis as you should have 1000-1200 gold depending on any detours you took to ward or get an easy gank. From there clears are simple, maxing E and balancing Q casts with mana if you need to take a camp quickly or efficiently. Once you have full on cinderhulk, your midlaner can take blue buff no problem.

To decide, take a look at how your carries are doing. If they're a hyper carry who's doing well that the team can play around, Knight's vow is a very good option. If most of the kills are on a bruiser who's damage will fall off or no lane is doing particularly well, Redemption is a safer option. All in all, do you want to function as more of a tank early or a support early?
