Hello This is SmokeNeon here from LAN, I have been Playing Morgana since S4 and always used it as Support, Midlane, Top, And Jungle, Now with the new Update I´m gonna show my way tu build up Morgana on Jungle.

The runes just showed are perfect since meanwhile you are ganking your team you get souls and ability power with dark harvest.
CHEAP SHOT
Deal bonus true damage to enemies with impaired movement or actions, so if you stun an enemy with Q and then other ability like the W you make more damage better if you have the Rod of Ages.

EYEBALL COLLECTION
Collect eyeballs on champion takedowns. Gain permanent AD or AP, adaptive for each eyeball plus bonus upon collection completion, so if you make a takedown you get the dark harvest and the eyeball ez.

RAVENOUS HUNTER
Unique takedowns grant permanent healing from ability damage, Nothing else to add.

Secundary runes need to be sourcery.

You can use Transcendence to get more CDR and use more your Abilities with Gathering storm so you accomulate AP the more Possible in togeteher with the runes Dark Harvest and Eye Collection.

You Can also use Celerity to have better control while using the R with Morgana so they can´t easily scape from your cahins, and waterwalking to improve ganks and have a better control on Jungle, get faster to the campaments, help other lines, also good because in 10.6 the Movement speed got Buffed and get more ap on river that will make Dragons Easier.

You Can easily counter Master yi just be careful with your Q to launch it before he uses his Q, after Stun you use W combo with Q + Smite or R and EEEZ, you can actually counter most of the champions on top when Ganking.
Be careful when playing vs Talon he can Actually dodge your abilities but out of that there is not much champions that counter Morgana.

Well Morgana has a strong Power With her Tormented Shadow (W) wich makes campaments ez, also with Jungle Items and Her Passive you gain HP wich on certain point you can get healed more than the Monsters Damage Taken also with Minions.
Something else to add is that Morgana´s Tormented Shadow has been Buffed for Jungle so it Makes her stronger than she already was.
