Really imobile, you can harrass her early on and if she misses her Q, you can go full ham because she won't be able to trade properly. Also, when flash is down you can engage with your ult every time you have it, because you'll have the advantage.
Vel'Koz
His burst comes from hitting multiple skillshots so his passive deals true damage. He doesn't have much hard CC apart from his E. Also immobile, easy matchup.
Orianna
Lack of mobility but has outplay potential. Keep an eye on the ball. Also, she can harrass you with her empowered AA, but you have to deny that. NEVER ult her when your W is on cooldown, because she'll use E + ult and the CC + shield will deny most of your damage.
Viktor
He has a pretty strong laning phase and good wave clear. He can be harrassed early on due to his lack of mobilty, but he has a tiny kiting potential with his W. Also, his burst is not to be underestimated, don't engage when he's full hp.
Vladimir
Pretty hard matchup. His endless harrass and sustain will give you a hard time. Also, his W can completely deny your Death Mark, which makes it even harder.
Fizz
Careful when trading with the fish, he's one of the best 1v1'ers. His E can deny your Death Mark and if you didn't hit E and Q on him, you'll lose the trade since his AA are pretty strong. AVOID fighting him at 1v1 when his ult is up because you'll lose if you don't play it perfectly. The perfect time to engage is when his E is on cooldown (major damage of Fizz, he's a small threat without it). IF you get ulted by him, try to wait until the shark comes up to bite and time that using or ult on him and denying the shark's damage.
Xerath
He can poke you down if you're not careful, but with his E on cooldown you can go full ham. He lacks mobility and he can't trade properly if he misses his E. When his flash is down feel free to harrass him until he runs away.
Veigar
Pretty weak laning phase. He CAN'T harrass you, you CAN. He must focus on farming so he gains more AP, meanwhile you can use that to your advantage. Your Death Mark and Living Shadow can escape his stun easily and he can't 1v1.
Ahri
This is a skill matchup. It is somehow easier for Ahri to win it, because she can go Zhonya's first item, her ult is a very useful escape to yours and she also has some sustain. She can farm safely, denying your W E Q harrass early on. If you manage to burn her flash before level 6, continue harrassing her. Also, go Maw of Malmortius ASAP.
LeBlanc
Lane bully. If she gets level 2 before you do she will use Q W + AA to make you run away. She has some CC with her chain and she has a lot of mobilty + outplay potential. A good LeBlanc will make your head hurt. TIP: When she marks you with Q, she'll immediately use W to proc it. Use that timing to use your W twice to go where she was before her W and she'll miss the Q proc and most of the damage. There, you can use Q E and win the trade.
Brand
Lacks mobilty, but has A LOT of poke and burst. Be careful, try to dodge his stun and maybe his W. You can go full ham if he lacks flash, but also be careful and also keep your W up.
Lissandra
Her E can help her escape bad trades and her passive + Q low cooldown are a good way to poke you down. Harrass her early on and try to avoid getting Q'ed on and on. Her ultimate is a strong counter to yours, but she has to time it well in order to be really effective.
Kayle
Your lane will not go quite well. She has a lot of harrass potential with E and Q and can kite you. Her ultimate will completely deny yours and most of your damage. You can try to wait for her E to go on cooldown and then engage because she'll lose most of the damage and will be forced to back off.
Lulu
Eh. You're pretty much screwed. If your jungler won't try to help you often enough, your lane will be a nightmare. She has good poke, she can kite you, polymorph you and she has A TON of shields. Her ultimate will make you feel very weak because the HP gained will deny most of your damage. Avoid picking Zed when Lulu is picked. If she is picked to counter you, ask your jungler to help you. Harrassing early is a good tip but I don't know how effective. A good Lulu player won't let you do that and will always harrass you. Going full ham pre-level 6 isn't such a good thing since she has shield, slow, and polymorph.
Yasuo
Skill matchup. Early on, Yasuo wins most of the trades due to his mobilty and passive. His windwall will block your W and Q, and you CANNOT 1v1 him at AA. Bait his windwall with your Q and try to keep his passive down. Also, keep an eye on his moves. Everytime his Q is charged he'll try to fight you. Try to counter-engage, use your W smart. You're an assassin, not a melee ADC as he is. When his windwall is on cooldown, use your W E Q combo to harrass him and back off a bit.
Talon
Not such a hard matchup, since he lacks damage early on. At level 3 you can go full ham and you'll win most trades. Watch out for his ult at level 6 because you won't be able to see him. Buying pinks is a good way to counter him. If he ults first, try to get out of the blades' circle, or time it good enough so when the blades come back, you'll use your Death Mark and become untargetable. His W is his major damage output, so keep an eye on it.
Anivia
She is really slow and her stun can be easily dodged. Pre level 6 you can harrass her whenever your spells are up. Keep an eye on her passive because she'll trick you into diving her. She has good poke after she hits level 6, because her ult is hard to dodge and can be used to shove the lane.
Annie
She lacks mobilty, but her burst is broken. She can harrass early with AA and Q + stun because of her range. When her stun is up and you feel like she'll come to trade, bait her a little bit so she comes close to your minion wave. Then, use your W E Q combo to win the trade. A good Annie player will always keep her stun up. When it's down and she has cooldowns, you can try to harrass and shove the lane a bit, so she won't be able to harrass you again after that. Don't engage if she's full hp after level 6, her burst is stupid and you won't do much.
Malzahar
He lacks mobility and early game damage. Use that in your favor but keep an eye on the fact that he can shove you hard. His E gives him mana back and he can free farm. Also, if you didn't harrass him enough early on and he reaches level 6, you should try to avoid 1v1 him, because his ult will deny your damage.
Some players use armor penetration on marks, but they don't make such a huge difference, it's your choice. Note that the lack of armor is due to the fact that most midlaners are AP. You can add armor on another page, depending on your matchup.
