Basically it´s the early tiamat. You have really high burst with the active and it´s also an auto-attack reset which means you will get the 3rd tiger dot faster.

After tiamat (hydra) and trinity it honestly doesn´t matter what you build as long as its tanky. I put some examples above but just build what you think its best in the game your currently playing.
