Sejuani, Jungle them out!

Welcome to my first guide, I'll try to explain how I use Sejuani in some situations, both in jungle and laning with some variations (I'm going to start with jungle Sejuani if you allow me).
Don't take my guide like something to follow straight, it's just a reference.
Important: This guide is under construction because is a recent champion and because this is the first time I write a guide, so I'll be very thankful for any constructive critique.
Oh, and I must apologize for any grammar error, english isn't my main language, sorry.
Is quite likely that this guide will sufer a lot of updates while I try new things, so if you like it stay tuned :)
- Easy to use.
- Very tanky.
- Natural scape ability.
- Tons of CCs and an awesome ulti.
- Great ganker.
- Average jungling speed.
- Very sustainable in jungle.
- Low 1 vs 1 damage early game.
- She's a slow counter-jungler.
- She takes ages to do dragon alone in early levels, help is required.
- Eats a lot of mana early game.
Frost (Pasive): Sejuani's basic attacks apply frost, reducing enemy movement speed by 10% for 3 seconds.
About: This skill it's what makes her special, try to auto-attack your main tarjets, it will increase the damage of your Northern Winds and will help your ganks with Permafrost.
Arctic Assault (Q): Sejuani charges forward, dealing magic damage and applying frost to enemies. Sejuani stops upon colliding with an enemy champion.
Cooldown: 19 / 17 / 15 / 13 / 11 seconds
Cost: 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 mana
Magic Damage: 60 / 90 / 130 / 170 / 210 (+0.4 per ability power)
About: This skill is a wonderful natural scape ability, it can pass through almost every wall and, it helps you a lot spreading your pasive along the mobs when you're farming or when you're going to initiate/gank.
Arctic Assault + Northern Winds + Permafrost well timed, will grant you a nice amount of damage and CC.
Northern Winds (W): Sejuani summons an arctic storm around her for 5 seconds, dealing magic damage each second to nearby enemies.
Damage is increased by 50% against enemies affected by frost or Permafrost.
Cost: 40 mana
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Magic Damage per Second: 12 / 18 / 24 / 30 / 36 (+0.1 per ability power) (+1 / 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2% of maximum health)
About: This will be your main ability in the jungle, if you have more HP more damage you'll deal, and of course it will grant you a continue way of damage against your enemies, remember you will do more damage to enemies with Frost.
Permafrost (E):Sejuani converts frost on nearby enemies to Permafrost, dealing magic damage and increasing the movement speed reduction for 3 seconds.
Cost: 55 mana
Cooldown: 11 seconds
Magic Damage: 60 / 110 / 160 / 210 / 260 (+0.5 per ability power)
New Movement Speed Reduction: 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 %
About: This ability at max rank will slow your enemies to the hell! Wonderful for ganks and for enemies trying to scape, it also refresh your Frost to -> Permafrost increasing the duration another 3 seconds, remember to time it well.
This skill will be active if something near you have Frost.
Arctic Assault + Permafrost will kill a single wave in a moment.
Glacial Prison (R): (Active): Sejuani throws her weapon, stunning the first enemy champion hit for 2 seconds and all other nearby enemies for 1 second. All affected targets take magic damage and are affected by frost.
Cost: 100 mana
Cooldown: 150 / 130 / 110 seconds
Magic Damage: 150 / 250 / 350 (+0.8 per ability power)
About: A great and powerful ulti, if you land it on a enemy he will be stunned for 2 seconds and the surroundings 1 second. Is an excelent way to initiate, ganking, scaping or for that one trying to scape, remember it ignores the mobs, is like Enchanted Crystal Arrow in that way, so don't fear to use it if there're creeps on the way.

|About: If you don't take Flash I recommend you to take ghost, is great for ganking or scaping.|
|About: If you're in lane and you want to be more like a support, this spell is great. "I think they are coming to gank in this way... *spell* Gotcha! <3", for warding dragon/baron, finding their jungler, prevent ganks...|
|About: Is very good if you want more map control, or if you're solo top (I didn't tryed been solo top with her yet)|
Sejuani eats a lot of mana, keep that in mind, is very important.
Farming with Sejuani is quite easy with more level and these two combos Arctic Assault + Northern Winds or Arctic Assault + Permafrost, this one is quicker than the first but it consumes more mana and is not efective with low skill ranks.
Otherwise, if you're jungling and you are level one without Golem's blue buff start with Northern Winds and smite nearly 450hp, after that, you can go with Arctic Assault + Northern Winds combo, try to keep Frost on the creeps to deal more damage with your Northern Winds.
