Pick either the mallet or the crystal scepter. BOTH are not needed.

Ive played this champion a lot since she was released, tried various builds and tried various strategies, etc, etc.

Now, after having looked your build over (I tried it in a game too, except no rylai's), the conclusion comes easy: You are nothing but a big blob of health. Say hello to veigar, vayne, warwick, and so on, anything with high dmg and % dmg is gonna melt you, like fire melts ice.

Sejuani is a tank, and a tank in this game performs their roles by being big and massive (with exclusions :P (Rammus!)) targets with a lot of cc, like alistar, leona, malphite.

Sejuani have long cds on her skills, and she needs those skills to tank. You have NO CDR in your build or runes.
This build doesn't offer damage in return either and very little tankyness apart from hp.

With all due respect, this build is more or less wrong in every aspect, sorry.

Frozen Heart is a genious item on sejuani, and you should really, really consider putting it in somewhere.

My experience with Sejuani is that she is mana hungry, and your build doesn't offer mana/mp5 either.

so far i havn't been able to determine how to get some dmg on her, like you'd buy atma's on most tanks, or a rabadons on singed, but what has worked the best, if not optimal, has been atma's after warmogs/frozen heart/sunfire.

While Rylai's/Frozen is good on sejuani, it's overkill. I know Phreak has made somewhat reasons for the frozen mallet, but i feel it's a waste of a good item spot.
I'd rather buy FoN than Frozen mallet any day, since the movement speed is essential to her, as her base is "kinda" (315) low, and she needs to be quicker than her opponents to keep her innate slows up.
With FoN she gets a lot of mr, a lot of hp regen, and the movement speed that will (imo) outdo the slow on Frozen Mallet.

(The slow on rylai's and frozen mallet doesn't stack btw. Also, While your E slows by 70%, rylai's slows 40% of the 70%, as in, it slows MULTIPLICATIVE, not ADDITIVE. It's not 70+40% it's 70+(70*0.4), just for clarification EDIT: It's actually even less cause' AoE for Rylai's is only 15% .p )

Add some CDR and some MR (possibly more armor), get rid of the armor marks, it's honestly a waste, and remove either Frozen Mallet or Rylai's, and then i might give it a thumbs up for being the best Sejuani guide atm.

PS: Consider going 9/21/0 for masteries, going up in CDR+Spell pen, a lot of Sejuani's dmg comes from her W (just spell damage in general) and it's very useful all game long.

Almost everything is wrong. Worst of all first, there's almost no MR, not really enough armor either... CDR would help a lot, but none here... Per level MR runes are better than flat... %health runes are much, much better than flat health runes when taking anything close to this much health itemization... Rylai's and Frozen Mallet don't stack their passives, and Rylai's doesn't ever get its single-target slow anyway...

This build is an automatically hard-countered by Bloodrazor and a mage or two, maybe Deathfire Grasp if they want it to go quickly.

i'm still 29 D:... i usually play 3x3 and this build is my theory battle :D

Should have said something other then "Unnecessary amount of slow" because as far as im aware there effects (there slows) don't stack.

Don't worry about ranked games yet unless you've got 25+ games with her already.

I think that Rylai's mallet is a great combination... and i forget the atma's impaler '-'...

about ranked games... i don't know about it a.a...

Her weapon isn't a mace or a sword, it's called a flail.

On a side note Rylais+Mallet = Unnecessary amount of slow...change 1 of them for something different like Atmas or Banshees.

He gets counteret so easily, im sorry to say it, this wont work in any ranked games, so expensive and easy to destroy
