is quite tanky and balanced ?

Well the balance does not come into the picture till mid-l8 game and u will be underleveled because of slow jungle clearing, unless u can make some really successful ganks and be fed on assists or even kills :/. The build should be ok to try and have fun in a normal game but don't enter ranked with it. Oh and for the love of god u ARE jungling, remove the ONE point from meditation and put it in the +20% more buff duration time( runic affinity). Well that is my take on the matter anyway...

might want to get a giants belt+negatron cloak then fon and sunfire, since AP hurts more early/mid than ad

Pretty awesome guide if you ask me. I used a similar setup when I used to play Sejuani... But when Nautilus came out, man, she disappeared. +1 though, keep up the good work, guide looks awesome!
