As soon as minions get into the lane, watch out if the enemy bot lane had to leash if they didn't leash, then ward the bush at minute 2:40 since it's likely you're getting ganked, however, if they did leash, then you can waste your ward in the bot lane bushes (unless the enemy jungle is Fiddlesticks, Shaco, Jarvan IV or Twitch, in those cases ward the river bush)

With Seraphine at the start of the game, you'll look to obtain the most advantage before your first back, once the second wave arrives, push it so you can get the level 2 power spike before the enemy bot lane, and if the case is correct, play aggressive in order to make them waste their summoners, or even get the First blood if your ADC is aggressive enough ( Lucian, Tristana)

If your jungle is in the bot lane side of the jungle, push the wave minute 3 and help him the scuttle crab, also prepare your empowered Beat Drop so you can take out the scrab shield

With Seraphine you will want to have positive short trades before getting a kill, in this trades you will mostly want to E + Q in order to proc Arcane Comet, while they are slowed your ADC may also apply some damage. Before doing a short trade you will be using W for a free shield and more MS in order to engage, after the trade you can cast the W again in order to heal yourself and your ADC missing health. Once you won about 2 trades with this tricks you will look forward to all-in. Before doing an all-in you will also use your W, then you can E + Flash for an easy engage, as Seraphines E has a pre-cast, then you can Ignite + Q and with your ADC damage you should be able to kill the enemy ADC/Support. When you are level 6+ you should Flash + R in order to engage, as Seraphines R also has a pre-cast. Also try face-checking bushes with your Q and your E, if you see Arcane comet/ Aery proc then someone is inside that bush.

The first and most important Macro tip with Seraphine is as simple as this: NEVER BE ALONE. Why? Because Seraphine is a Support, and she is not a Good-Duelist. In a normal game you will lose all 1v1s. But you can easily win 2v2 thanks to your AoE. Something you will also need to have in mind is that you will want to scale game, so it doesnt matter if you dont get kills in early, but try at least not to die in early. Seraphine is a great teamfight champion so look forward to BE IN EVERY TEAMFIGHT, here you will need to get vision, heal and make good use of your R.

Talking about Seraphine, she is a great champion if you know how to play her, and if you apply in-game all this tips/runes/build you can easily win rankeds and get a lot of elo in season 11.
