Hello sucker , this is my first build and i hope this will bring you to a whole new level of AWESOMENESS in playing GAREN
p.s i think i dont need to say anything about ruin and masteries

[*] Ghost will increase the chance of killing and chasing the target. Like one of my favorite champion once said " Its only FUN when they RUN"

[*] FLASH gonna bring some suprise into this chase

[*] At lvl 1-5 , try to avoid ganking at all cost and keep last hit the creep.Try to get some gold and chunking damage. If you follow my skill upgrade order , you will get Precision strike at lvl 1 . try to use this to take a bit of your opponent health when they try to last hit your minion. this will make them either miss that creep or lost some health. At lvl 4 , you can start ganking if you got the phage and the warhammer. But like i said , avoid ganking. Keep in mind that you sould also try to destroyed the enemy top lane first turret.

[*] From lvl 6-10 , this is when you might get the Black Cleaver and the Boots of Swiftness.
At this point , you can chase your enemy down and get some Hack n Slash kills. When you are lvl 9 , i suspect that you have already take down the first outer turret. This will make the chase better and have a higher killing chance. After get the black cleaver , try to get the rabid fire cannon as it will have you get alot of critical strike.

[*] From lvl 11-15 , this is the moment where you shine , i think it is the time to stop farming and start GANKING

[*] At lvl 11 , you should try to find seperate the enemy AD or Jungler as they will have a big role in late game. try to take them by suprise by your Q , turn on the W and start the Spinning process. I think you should save your Ultimate because just by using Q and E , YOU are most likely to get a kill or two. Try to use your R on the tanker to get rid of them as they doesnt do much damage but anoying like flies.

Some tip: [*] Turn the Ghost spell on when the enemy have speed boosting skill.
[*] If there is 2 enemy moving together , dont be afraid if they dont have CC or short CC at your spin are really dangerous to them . Try to silence the one that have cc and spin or try to kill the one who get lose behind

[*] You know , even though Garen doesn't have mana bar , abit of Red buff always help in killer some ugly mofo. If you can , try to ask your jungler for the red rambleback for some Burning curve

I gonna stop now , i hope everyone will support mu build. i hope that you will all put some nice feedback. I will try to update for more when i get a better result with a better item
