I was looking on Mobafire, and realised there are very few AP shaco jungle builds. Here's what works for me, it's not perfect but it sure gets some really nice mid game damage and makes the most of shaco's AP scalings

Also, I feel playing AP whether jungle or top gives a little more freedom for imaginative kills with boxes/clone :)

Pros:
Great mid game damage at first item power spike, still stays relevant later.
Good burst
Makes use of boxes/clone/e active damage

Cons:
Not as effective early game ganking due to Q invis time low
Jungle clear arguably not as good as with AD. It is good to note his clear is still great though.
You may have some flamers who can't even stray one item from the meta :P

Always start buff as shaco by laying down four boxes at blue/red.

Make sure to gank after hitting level 3 as you will be higher level than laners.

It's only a little thing, but don't forget if a camp still has a minute to come up place a box or two on it and take some more then go back (for efficiency)

And finally, once you have R Shaco's counter jungle and steals are epic so use that :)

Use advanced tactics with the clone, for example:

If you are low, run your clone into mid lane as most mid laners are kill hungry and will waste their cooldowns trying to burst you.

If you are being chased, hallucinating and pretending to be the clone (I.E running into the enemy team) is risky but can pay off.
