Shen is a support tank, but soloing a lane, he is powerful enough to survive direct tower fire. His q and E are going to be the focus of this build. Though the use of his Ult is useless in the terms of ADC, if it is a 1v1 fight. The point of this build is to go tank and cooldown. The rest will come with the runes to make this charater the most overpowered enemy.

So hey this is my first MOAB build on here.(insert cheering effect) I decided to go with shen because he just looks badass with a Mortal Kombat Kensei vibe. That and also he is a very overpwered charater. Last night 1v1 against a vayne and the only way she killed me was with the towers, but at a point i could sit under and just take ALL the damage and break the tower. So this is just some of the data i gathered from this fight. it is expensive but can become amazing

The Rune set is desgined to deal as much damage as you can to your target, with Shen's ability life steal could become a major turing point in a battle. with ravenous hunter and the UTKD his AP and AD could become increasingly strong. press the attack is more a late game choice because he focuses more on attack speed in the lateral choices

BLINK BLINK BLINK, this is the strongest power in shens arsonal, with the added SS he can blink around catching up to an enemy and hit them with his q and get the bonus damage, and repeat the combo. using his E through an enemy and hitting q immidietly will cause the sword to connect through the enemy, and with the W a shield will defend from basic attacks, which are used fairly common in combat. Cooldown may be a limit, but he will be able to tank massive ammounts of damage.

So the Ohmwrecker is added to throw off players, who poke from towers. it gives a health boost, it gives cooldown, and it stuns a tower for three seconds while the enemy runs away helplessly
but health is a big necessity for Shen, because the added regen of spirit vessage and Warmonger heart, will prevent him from ever needing to return back to base late game. plus with Hydra and Frozen Mallet his attack and range will stop and slow most competetors and obliterate every minion

Q first
then E
then W
and level up QE as fast as possible
then just level up ER if you want because solo 1v1 r is useless

Heal for early game, can be traded out for teleport to get into the fight faster, but flash is to give Shen pretty much an emergency E to help with his combos, incase of knockback enemies.
(Can also get hexbelt for another)

THis build is high damage and tank, designed to mess with and obliterate every enemy that tries to hide behiund a tower.
