Runes and Masteries

AS marks > Shyvana has an extremely low base attack speed and really need those attack speed reds for early game.

Armor seals and Magic resist glyphs > there is nothing at glyphs or seals that Shyvana really needs and therefor i suggest you take the defensive runes for more durability.

HP quints > Shyvana is a melee character making it hard to harass without getting some harass yourself. The HP quints makes going in with burnout and Q too harass safer and also make you very tanky early game.

Masteries > I haven’t experimented a lot with masteries on her, but a normal AD masteries setup has worked well for me.

Items

CORE ITEMS >
Berserker's Greaves >
As i have stated before Shyvana has a very low base attack speed, so berserker greaves helps out alot in the begining. But when you have full build you can if you want too switch them out for mercury threads.
Wit's End >
Good attack speed, good flat amount of magic dmg(42), some magic ressist and extremly cheap! If you manage to get this very early on you will kick som serious ***.
Sunfire Cape >
Nice amount of survivability and the passive stacks very nicely up with Burnout(W). Try getting this as fast as possible too as the passive dmg it does will be good in early game but pretty bad late game.
Frozen Mallet >
Really important because of the movement speed slow, and makes up for Shyvana's lack of CC. Only legendary item in the build( not counting bloodrazor )so it takes some time to build, but it is the most important item to have on her.

FINISHING ITEMS >
Malady >
It may look like a stupid item for Shyvana but let me explain why it is sooo good on her. Burnout, Wit's End, Sunfire Cape, Malady, Sword of the divin/Bloodrazor ALL do magic dmg and is reduced by magic ressist, but with this item you will tear their magic ressist apart and do way more dmg in general. And with your Q hiting twice you will have this at 4 stacks in no time.

Sword of the Divine >
Consider this an in between item that you have untill you can afford bloodrazor.

Madred's Bloodrazor >
Good attack speed, some armor and some attack dmg but the thing that makes this item so awesome is the passive. At only 2500 hp it will give you 100 bonus magic dmg on your auto attacks. But keep in mind that this item is insanly expensive.
