This matchup switches in either ones favor dependant on who the support are. When your support has better synnergy than Ashe's then you will win.
Caitlyn
There's not alot you can do in the early game against Caitlyn. She will harass you, and you won't be able to trade damage back. Just farm up, and try to survive till the midgame and then start roaming.
Corki
Winning from Corki is all in the early game. Your burst is higher than his level 1 and 2 but after Corki hits level 6 or gets his first item you won't be able to trade without having help.
Draven
Same as with Corki, however Draven is able to punish you faster compared to Corki because of his Q amplifying his damage so much. Either get an early lead or farm and roam.
Ezreal
Same story as with Ashe. Ezreal will poke you down if your positioning is poorly, but isn't worth alot until his core build. This matchup is dependant on the support aswell.
Jhin
This matchup can be swung a whole lot with the proper support, but Jhin will burst you down faster than that you can attack him.
Jinx
Yet another matchup decided by who the supports are. Jinx will win if her support brings more CC/ is able to keep her distance from you, and you will win if your support is able to close the distance Jinx's Q can give her.
Kalista
Kalista's and Twitch have very similar E's. The difference is that Kalista's E doesn't have a cap, and Twitch does. If you can't get her with your max stacked E then you'll lose the fight. So this matchup is dependant on who gets the damage in the fastest.
Kog'Maw
Kog'Maw is an anti-tank ADC, and his damage won't be higher than your's if you're not behind. The early game is when you can bully Kog'Maw out of the game. He's very slow and doesn't have any escapes early on so he's an easy target if he's out of position.
Lucian
Lucian will destroy you early, and with the advamtage he's got build up lategame aswell. Just play as passive as you can and get as much farm as you can untill you can roam.
Miss Fortune
Miss Fortun is all about your positioning with her Q. She can harass you out of the lane quite fast if she lands a couple of Q's, so as long as you dodge these, you'll be fine.
Sivir
Sivir will outpush you in the early game, so you need to get as much farm as possible and then look for a way to turn the push around otherwise the burst from her Q+W will be too much to win 1v1.
Tristana
Tristana's one of the more irritating matchups. Early on you'll be able to get her at the level 1-2 spot of Twitch, but later on she'll either outdamage you with her higher attack speed from her Q, her longer range from her passive and if all else fails she can knock you away with her ult.
Varus
Varus is another matcup in which you need to dodge the damage, just as Ezreal. If you are able to dodge his Q/E/R so the damage from his W doesn't get procced then you win the fight, otherwise you'd have to burst him down before he can do it to you.
Vayne
Vayne is the easiest of all the ADC's to take down early on. Her damage is reliant on her items, mainly her attack speed, whereas Twitch will be able to burst her with his E.
Alistar
Alistar is a big nuisance for Twitch. The trick to win against Alistar is activating your Q when you see him flying towards you with his headbutt, which does require good reflexes.
Annie
Annie is almost impossible to win against as Twitch. The reason for that is becuase of Annie's instastun with her ultimate. Compared to Alistar, whom you've got a slight reaction window to swing the fight in your favor, Annie will lock and burst you down without any time to react.
Bard
Bard's early game is better than Twitch's early game. The reason for that is Bard's Q, being able to stun both you and the support is too high a risk to try and do anything in the early game.
Blitzcrank
Blitzcrank is all about positioning yourself between him and your minions. If a fight start you need to ignore Blitzcrank as much as possible, as his damage is non-existent, and go straight for the enemy ADC.
Braum
Braum is a huge problem for Twitch. Disrupting you during fights and blocking your ult gives him a huge advantage over you.
Janna
Janna's Q/E makes it so you can't go for an early kill, unless your support has gone ignite. Later on she'll be able to stop your ganks with her Q/R but won't pose too much of a threat.
Karma
Karma will poke you down, and has the ability to lock you down with her W so all you've got to do is dodge her Q's and have your support help you when she engages on you with her W to burst her down.
Leona
Leona locks you down hard. If she catches you after she has hit level 6 you will almost never make it out. And early on she'll be too tanky to kill thanks to her W.
Lulu
Lulu is more a nuicance than a real threat. Dodge her Q, focus the ADC and you will win the lane.
Morgana
Morgana's another support who is about positioning. Dodge her Q early on, and keep your distance when she's gotten her ult and you win the lane.
Nami
Nami's compareable to Janna, in which she stops your early attemps to aggression, but she also brings good CC alongside a heal to the fight. To win you gotta dodge her Q, and kill the enemy in one go, otherwise she'll heal themselves up again.
Sona
Sona is THE champion to take Twitch against. If your support is able to catch Sona at level 1-2 you'll always get a kill because she's so weak early on. If you get that early kill on her, she's just free gold from there on out.
Soraka
Soraka brings an irritating lane for Twitch. She'll heal your damage both in and out of the fights early, so if you're not able to get a good pick on Soraka herself, then just farm up and wait for the moment to roam.
Taric
Dodge his Q, win the lane.
Thresh
Thresh is a big threat to Twitch, with the same reasoning as Leona. Able to lock you down hard, but has an easier time grabbing you compared to Leona. Dodge his Q and you'll be off to a good start, but you do need to keep your distance because of his E/R being able to slow you to no movement speed at all.
You'll read it a ton of times in my explanations but Twitch is one of the best, if not the best, ADC to fight level 1-2. The reason for this is because of the burst your E gives you. Try to get a kill early on, without using too many resources such as flash/heal. Depending on who you're up against you'll either play passive and farm until you've got your core build, or wait until level 6 to start roaming the map.
Mid game
Mid game
Mid game for Twitch starts when you've gotten your core build. During this time the teamfights usually start, and during this time you'll also be looking for champions who are out of position. When you stealth up right next to them you can burst them down thanks to the extra attack speed from your Q. Do choose your matchups wisely, becuase someone like LeBlanc or Zed would be happy to fight you if you try it.
Late Game.
Late Game.
Not a lot has changed from the mid game. The biggest choice you'll have to make is wether or not you can safely backdoor a turret/inhib etc. Just play dependant on how the game's gone, position yourself in such a way that your ult hits the most people and stay in the backline as much as possible.
Pros / Cons
Pros / Cons
Pros of Twitch:
Good escape with Q.
Can snowball hard if the enemy doesn't ward properly.
High kill potential early on.
High amounts of damage when fighting in chokepoints.
Cons:
Low attack range without ult.
Damage doesn't come instantly, has to attack several times first.
Can be caught out of position very easy.
Team Work
Team Work
Early you need to have your support get a pick on one of the two opponents down bot, if the match allows to do this.
During teamfights you need to try and have your team bait the fights in the jungle so that the attacks during your ults hit as many enemies as possible, this is also the reason you get a high amount of attack speed.
When you're roaming it's wise to let your team know what you're up to, so they can possibly set something up on the other side of the map. If you, for instance, kill the enemy ADC down bot, and they threaten to take baron, you could keep pushing for the enemy turrets down bot putting the enemy's in a really bad spot.
