Introduction

This is my first guide so i hope u enough this and please like and comment so i can improve and make more.

Items

I would go with crystalline flask and 3 health potions.
Try to go back to base when you have around 1025 g so u can get Tear of Goddess and the Boot of Speed. If you have more go for the Boot of swiftness which allows to to run faster while u use your poison.
On your second back try to get Warmog's Armor, but if you don't have enough get the item that makes up for it like Giants belt, Ruby crystal, and 2 Rejevenation beads.
Then the rest is Archangel's staff, Zhonya's hourglass, Rabadon's death cap and thorn mail.
These item should make you last a while and get some assist and kills.

Pros / Cons

pros: doesn't die
kills whole teams just by running
flings stuff
good at farming
good tower diver
good at leading the charge

cons: not ranged
weak early game

Singed abilities

Empowered Bulwark (passive): This passive is very underrated in my opinion. This passive increases your health by 25% for every point of mana you have.This allows you to stack mana and gain HP at the same time. Usually you end the game with around 2000 mana with equates to 500 hp.(That is a pretty good amount)

Poison Trail (Q): This is Singed's signature ability. This skill is super versatile and come late game, you will be dealing 1k+ damage to anyone who is dumb enough to stand in it for a long time.

Mega Adhesive (W): Singed's W ability is one of the strongest AOE slows in the game. (next to Wall of Pain)

Fling (E): This skill is still fantastic even after the nerf. Fling is amazingly versatile and is great for dueling and chasing. (Used to have 1.0 ratio, now only .75)

Insanity Potion (R): Singed's ultimate is extremely strong. You get 6 vital stat which turns you into a super damage dealing mega-tank.

Summary

This is my first guide so I think its pretty bad but when I used this build I went 14/8/29. I think thesis pretty good but you can do better. Also don't forget to add me on league. My summoner's name is The Pro Of Noobs
