I make this build because i think Skarner can be pretty good on top lane. However everytime I took him there I was always called like idiot or something like this, because Skarner is just jungler nothing else!!! I am looking forward for yours comments and improvements of this build.

In beginning it's important to use Fracture for keeping your enemy in distance and farm as much as you can. Most of time try to keep your enemy under his turret and if their jungler gang you it isn't so hard to escape with Flash and Crystalline exoskeleton, but dont forget to use crystal slash to slow your enemies. So after few minutes you should have bigger farm than your enemy and probably few kills from gangs. Also is very important when you should use Impale try to use it when your enemy is near turret so you can drag him under it and you can easily defeat him. Then you can try to steal their blue buff, which Skarner really needs.
