You will get more gold toplane more xp you will rush your core items faster since you dont need to buy the jungle items
From level 1-6 try just last hit the mobbs and if your jungler comes try land the e on them and set up a good gank for your jungler but you mostly want to get to level 6 as fast as possible if you have to scarifice cs for xp go for it you just want to get to level 6 as fast as possible

when you are level 6 you can look for plays with your tp or just stay toplane and try Freeze the minon waves near your turret
so if the enemy comes 2 close you can e r drag him under your turret and auto him he will take 2-3 turret shots and prob going to die if he dosent have flash or atleast be low health and you just chase him down and kill him
If you get 2 35%cdr you can e ult auto e again and stun him again for a 4 sec cc chain
and if that happends hes prob dead
When using your ult always turn your champ around just when the ult is about to go away to get him even further in to the turret

MIDGAME you litterly have a game changing ult try fight for drags baron mid game is when skarner shines with his massive crowd control and his ult get the crystals and you will become a god at the dragon fights try always ult the most fed person in their team and always look who got qqs so you dont ult him and he just remove your ult just try be the frontline your team needs
