So, yeah. I accidentally picked Singed mid once and this annoying build single-handedly won our team the game. The core concept is to just get as much MS as possible and use your E to throw enemies into your Q and W and hopefully, your team as well. It is very easy to get kills on low health enemies who are running away, however just be careful in 1v1's as if you make a mistake you can be very easily solo'd. When being chased yourself, it is best to NOT use your R to save yourself as it is best used chasing others, so your better off trying to land a good W and using those boots to hightail it out. The Righteous Glory is completely broken when used with your Ghost, R and the Predator boots, this is when it's best to play Sanic's theme in the Skype chat as you relentlessly hunt down your prey. But by far THE MOST IMPORTANT part of the build is... dab for every kill. (spam Ctrl+3).

So obviously in a speed based build we're going to buy speed items. I would buy Boots of Speed first so that I can buy Boots of Swiftness with my first back, but you could still buy the Dark Seal first if you prefer to. If you do buy the Dark Seal first, then your first back will either be Boots of Speed or the Crystalline Bracer so that we can start building into the Righteous Glory. The Zz'Rot Portal is there for that little extra boost near the end of the game when we are getting lots of gold so I wouldn't buy it until I have the Righteous Glory. When you have lots of MS then build AP to give the poison more of a bump.

When in the laning phase just use your W to help your ADC poke and land skill shots. Then when the enemy try to run away chase them down and use your fling to get very easy kills.
