Champion Build Guide
Quick Basics to Soraka Top
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
- Her Q is so important to hit. The only way for her to survive up there is by hitting her Q's to get back any health she might lose and scare the enemy laner into backing which gives you time to push a little bit.
- Soraka SUCKS at pushing. She really is relying on out-smarting the enemy laner by utilizing her ignite and making sure they stand in her E. Early game it is actually very easy for her to out damage her opponents and they will not expect it either. As soon as they die or go home, you need to push hard.
- IF you're having a really hard time farming minions because of he low basic attack, a Luden's might help you.
- Stay back. Soraka out-ranges most top laners. As long as you're poking from a distance, they shouldn't even be able to touch you.
- POKE, POKE, POKE
- After laning phase is over, you might find yourself reverting to a support-like role where healing your team members becomes important again. However, your abilities will do a lot of damage and you should still be able to land kills and a ton of assists.
PROS:
- Her early game damage and CC is very strong
- Opponents will often underestimate her
- So much satisfaction when you kill those opponents
- So much self-healing
- Can still help her teammates with her ultimate and earn assists off it
CONS:
- Everyone will flame you
-Falling behind in lane is especially hard on her
- Pushing tower can be difficult
- Ranged/Mobile/Stealth champs counter her
