PRO'S
Veigar has no escapes in his kit aside from flash and is very squishy through out all stages of the game. Furthermore his only form of disengage is his E which has a very long cooldown.
Veigar's spells all have delays and are skill shots (aside from his R) and and his main damage spell and ultimate are windwallable.
Veigar is especially reliant on hitting his E to combo his abilities, Yasuo's dashes make it very hard for him to land it.
CON'S
Veigar's cage is one of the longest AOE stuns in this game and it offers him and his team great zone and siege control. In the words of Apdo/Dopa "Veigar can fill in a blank space no other champion can. Even if your team has NO cc at all, Veigar can fix the problem" Source Veigar will likely want to get 40% - 45% CDR and this can really limit the effectiveness of Yasuo and his allies.
Veigar gains permanent AP for hitting champions with his spells so, please dodge them.
LANE PHASE
Let Veigar push into you at level 1 and try to all in Veigar at level 2.
Don't stand behind a low health minon as Veigar as he will be able to kill them and hit you with his Q.
At around level 5 try to recall if you have burnt windwall, because Veigar's ultimate is similar to Garen's ultimate, it is a point and click execution spell.
PRO'S
Kayle E (what makes her abilities ranged) has an 18s CD at rank one and until she can obtain level 9 and 30% CDR she will have an exploitable downtime which Yasuo can take advantage of.
Kayle has absolutely no control over the minion waves if she uses her E and is forced to push the wave. If at level 1 she levels her E and tries to harass you stand near the ranged creeps so she pushes you in, as Yasuo just freeze the wave outside your turret and then call your jungler for a gank.
Kayle has no escapes of any kind in her kit only a speed up.
Kayle has extremely expensive 2 item core that she needs to complete or else she will just be an ult bot.
Riot nerfed gold funnelling so you won't have to deal with a Master Yi along with Kayle during lane phase.
CON'S
Kayle is a monstrous splitpusher and great team-fighter, Think of her as a combination of Varus and Tryndamere. In the words of DOPA/APDO "Varus can be forgiven for feeding up to 0/5 in lane due to the utility of his kit" Kayle is in similar vein once she gets her 2 item spike she becomes monstrous and her passive allows her to remove 15% of total armour and magic resistance for her entire team to benefit from.
Kayle's ultimate has no real counterplay. As it is an instant zero mana cast damage nullifying ultimate, there are only 3 counters to this. A) Try to stagger your damage and catch Kayle off guard before she can cast it. B) CC her and burst her down. C) disengage when she ults, then reengage.
If Yasuo fails to pressure Kayle early one she can simply just farm for her Rage blade Zerkers and Nashors Tooth core and beat Yasuo in the mid game.
LANE PHASE
Let Kayle push you in at level 1 and call for a level 2/3 gank because Kayle becomes fodder when behind in gold and levels and if your jungler has a brain he will camp her.
Force fights with her as soon as her E runs out.
Kennen
PRO'S
Kennen has no dashes or gap closers, only a speed up from his E.
Kennen can't keep up with your split-push later on in the game, since only his E and R have AOE damage, which means he pushes the wave really slowly.
Kennen is very flimsy since he builds glass cannon, with limited emphasis on defensive items aside from protbelt, hourglass and maybe morello's.
Kennen is very reliant on his flash and teleport in order to flank or dive the enemy back line.
CON'S
Aside from his Q, none of his spells are affected by windwall.
Kennen has very good trade patterns against Yasuo post level 3. What will happen is he will auto you to proc Yasuo's shield, auto again with his W, press the W and throw Q which will stun you, he will then E away and auto attack harass you.
Kennen is a monstrous teamfighter, if you try to split-push against him, he can simply force an engage on your team. Furthermore he is much stronger than Yasuo in the mid game.
Kennen has full lane control and can dictate how the lane will play out. If he wants to freeze the wave and play neutral, there is not much you can do about it.
The enemy team will likely want combine Kennen's ultimate with champions like Amumu, Wukong, Orianna, Twitch etc.
LANE PHASE
Take Q at level 1 and let the wave come to you, try to cheese Kennen at level 2/3 if you can hit them before him
Start Doran's shield and take bone plating and second wind.
Force trades with him when his E is down and he has just used his empowered W.
Wukong
PRO'S
Wukong is pure melee with no ranged abilities, furthermore he has no sustain and he uses mana.
Wukong has mostly burst damage and limited sustained damage.
Decoy has a long cooldown and Wukong is very vulnerable with out it.
Like Yasuo, Wukong's mobility is conditional, he needs minions or neutral monsters or enemy champions to use Nimbus strike.
As of patch 8.2 Wukong's E will proc minion aggro.
Yasuo can beat Wukong at level 1.
CON'S
Wukong will beat Yasuo at level 2.
Wukong players will typically run ignite because their level 6 ultimate is underwhelming and because their level 2 all in is really strong.
Yasuo's windwall is useless against Wukong's abilities
If Yasuo falls behind at any point during the lane, Wukong will run you down, since he is a point and click champion with burst and CC, which Yasuo can't mitigate in anyway shape or form. Note: Wukong's ultimate gives him bonus MS, so kiting him through the minion wave won't help either.
The enemy team will typically want to combine Wukong's ultimate with things like Amumu's Curse of the Sad Mummy, Orianna's Shockwave, Varus Chain of corruption and Taric Cosmic Radiance.
LANE PHASE
Wukong players will often use the "S" (Stop key) in order to trick you into thinking it's his decoy, look for a blueish shadow to see if that is the case.
