Introduction
this guide is about (many of you guys already guessed) singed.
i played singed as one of my first characters and have quite some experience with him.
runes are very important and for singed, choosing the best is hard.
but for marks there is no better than
Greater Mark of Magic Penetration.
and for seals there is no true best seal but there is this combo of the 2 best seals for singed.
becouse of this combo singed has the extra armour and hp in the lane start to survive against a ad carry and take most of the hits meant for your carry.
the glyphs are better for late game and mid game becouse then you will start to have more teamfights and may have problems with their ap carry becouse your ap carry fed him/her, so you need more mr that you get from the qlyphs.
the quintessences are just for late game when you get your
Force of Nature, you will just have more profit from it and also have more profit from hp and mana.
but for marks there is no better than

it also grants enough mana regen (with blue buff) to keep on your q forever if you got a fully stacked rod of ages and a frozen heart. so keep it on, you'll regen more than you use.
the philosivers stone is just for the begin so you can sell it mid game

now we come to talk about the team work.
early game, your a support/tank so your goal is to let your carry have more farm then the other carry and you achieve that by making them think they are in the danger zone of the lane and can get flinged by you any second and then get killed or recieve really high dmg.
mid game: your still the tank so if there are teamfights you shoud go in first or let the mundo with more durability or something like that go in first but then atleast go in second.
late game: your the op tank so if there are 2 or less champions in the place where you and some high dmger are then just go for it and make those pwns and assists.
