Summoner Spells

Always take Flash for some plays like "the Janna Insec" with Flash+Ult.

Take Ignite for the unexpected high damage from you with AA+W+AA+Thunderlords.

You can take Exhaust if they have more than 1 Assassin,
you think about heal?
it isnt very well, because you dont have windspeakers.

Items

Laning phase - Autoattacks are THE POINT of the start Item (Spellthief) poke as much as you can with AA's and W.

You go for Ardent because its very strong, yeah it was nerved but build it, trust me, it gives you AP (60) and Movementspeed for your passive.

You go Lichbane, because it gives you Movementspeed and AP aswell and makes your dmg combo even more stronger (AA+W+AA[advanced with Lichbane+Thunderlords]).
After this you go for Lichbane, because the same reason as before - even more AP and even more Movementspeed + more dmg with the passive proc.

Now go for Void Staff it gives you AP and Penetration, you need it cause you dont have penetration in your runes.

Eye of the Watchers - You need Wards :D

Afterall The Boots

You go for the Attackspeedboots (after finish Ardent),
cause you can even AA more and more and deal more dmg with your passive onhit.

Skill Sequence

Level 1 - E - You skill E first to shield something like Lulu Q or Bard AA
Level 2 - W - Level 2 aggressive play, shield yourself+AA+W+AA (~25%Dmg)
Level 2 - Q - Skill Q at Level 2 if you play against Leona or Alistar
Level 3 - Q/W - Just to have it in case / AA+W+AA!!
Level 4/5 - W/W - makes you do more dmg wiht your combo (better Poke)
Level 6 - R - i think "Ult" is enough description :D
Level 7 - W - More Dmg, better Trades
Level 8 - E - You go for Ardent so you need the Shield aswell
Level 9 - W - Maximize your W for Max potential Dmg trades
Level 10 - E - Maximze the E 2nd just like i said-(Level 8)
Level 11 - R - Ult is Ult (youre not Udyr) :P
Level 12/13 - E/E - just like i said in level 10
Level 14/15 - Q/Q - LBNL skill the Q
Level 16 - R - ULTI!!!
Level 17/18 - Q/Q - You cant skill anything other :D

Masteries

Ferocity (12)

Sorcery - increases your W Dmg
Fresh Blood - you heard about the AA's? :D
Natural Talent - AD for you AA's and AP for P/Q/W/E/R
Double Edged Sword - 3% more dmg :D take it

Cunning (18)

Wanderer - Movementspeed for Roaming and your 1st AA you deal to someone
Secret Stash - Sustain!!!
Meditation - Sustain!!!
Bandit - you Autoattack all the time, get something for it :)
Intelligence - CDR always good and you need some in the first levels until Frostfang
Thunderlord's Decree - AA+W+AA massive dmg all game long

Runes

Quintsessence
1 X +4.26 armor - Early Tankyness
2 X +4.95 ability power - DMG!!!

Marks
8 X +1.7% attack speed - the trading is easier
1 X +0.93% critical chance - Maybe someone is lucky? :D I prefer this rune so much :D

Seals
5 X +8 health - Early Tankyness
4 X +1 armor - Early Tankyness

Glyphs
6 X +1.19 ability power - DMG!
3 X +0.33 mana regen / 5 sec. - Sustain with you W spam

Laning

Your Laningphase is very funny you just AA and W the Support or the ADC if he's next to you.

Combos:
-AA+W+AA ( if they follow you after you're moving back fire a Q at them)

-Q behind a Wall or in a Bush (High Skill Cap) predict the moving of the enemie and hit your Q run at him and fire your base combo AA+W+AA

Shield your Adc and try to peel him with your CC, if he's in trouble.

Mid-/Lategame

If there is a Xin or J4 in the enemie team
and he's engaging cancel his (Xin) - E / (J4) - E->Q and give them a pretty damn dmg combo (AA+W+AA)

try to defend your Carrys and use your Q only for Engage if you can handle the Q very well

Pro's
    - High Damage
    - Lane Pressure
    - High Peel
    - High Disengage + Engage

Con's
    - Teammates may flame you
    - High Skill Cap
    - You have to know how to do something with your advantage
