Introduction
Pros / Cons
+Indefinite Healing
+Devastating crowd control
+Global Ult range
+maxing W first puts it on a very low cooldown(1 second)
Cons:
-Very,Very Vulnerable,
-No self-sustain ability(apart from R)
-Very high E cooldown
-No mobility abilities apart from Flash
-Grevious wounds affects her healing
Runes
Ability Power or Cooldown Reduction runes can be advantageous to Soraka. Ability Power allows her to do more damage from her Q and E and Cooldown reduction allows her to cast more often!
Marks:
Magic Penetration allows Soraka to deal more damage with her Q and E
Seals:
Mana regeneration seals is important because if she runs out of Mana. she can't heal anymore
Quints:
Gold quints is a must-have because Soraka can't farm creep waves effectively.
Masteries
If you choose your mastery to Ferocity. go for Sorcery-Expose Weakness-Natural Talent-Double edged sword for damage!
Skill Sequence
Maxing Q allows soraka to burst.slow, and regenerate health
Maxing W allows soraka to heal more effectively and copy the Rejuvenation buff to your allies
Never. max. E (Ashe reference) because it only does silence. if you do. build someone AP so it does significant damage
R provides GLOBAL healing to allies to keep the party alive!
