Since Devour applies a 95% self slow to Tahm Kench, it makes moving enemies around harder. With changes to StormRaider's Surge, it combined with boots of swiftness give enough slow resist to negate the self slow from Devour. This guide attempts to show the neatness of StormRaider's Surge. All though this guide is for Top Kench, I believe to aspect behind it could work in the jungle giving nice ganks with your Devour. Auto attacking an enemy prox BlackCleaver's Passive: Rage, granting 20 movement speed. This along side of the Furor enchantment: Upon dealing damage with a single target spell or attack (on hit), grants +12% movement speed that decays over 2 seconds. With this, you are able to possibly transport your enemy into your tower or make it hard for them to escape.
