My first build, so it most likely sucks :D but those are the items I buy most of the time (never had change to try full build). I have played 10-20 pvp games whit talon, so its not build that have been used against bot and then typing it here like it actually works. I had pretty good games whit his build so far, hope it helps someone else.

Pretty much up to you, not really many other ways to take offense, but those 9 points you can but were ever you like. For spells I take Ignite and Flash, Ignite so enemys dont get away whit 10HP, Flash becouse i cant play whit out it :D Its good spell, combined whit Cutthroat you cant quikly close distance, silence your target and finish them off. Allso allows you to make pretty good escapes when used whit your ultimate. Other good spells would be Exhaust and maby Ghost, both good for escaping and chasing.

Maxing Rake first just becouse it deals awesome damage and gives slow and AOE. Havent really decided is Cutthroat better than Noxian Diplomacy, so i max them pretty eaven, both have good uses. In a fight, I like to attack caster whit Cuttrhoat, followed by Noxian Diplomacy, Rake and autoattacks. When you start taking heat (or little earlyer), poop ultimate and run behind targets for blades to damage them, or just GTFO! Your ult has pretty low CD, so dont be afraid to use it as an escape skill. And dont rush in teamfight first thinking your ultimate will save you, it wont. Its better to lay back and wait for an opening, THEN rush in and kill everyone.

Start whit Doran's Blade (later you sell it offcourse), and then boots ( mercury's trads or Berserker's Greaves). After that Bloodthirster and Phage. You should by B.F. Sword when you can, but if you cant yt it, dont be afraid to buy other items needed in Phage or Bloodthirster. After them, Phage --> Trinity Force, and Banshee's Veil for Mres, health mana and kick-*** passive (all needed). I have never had the change to build last to items, but i would think Frozen Mallet + Atma's Impaler (you have some health whitout mallet too), or Infinity Edge + Phantom Dancer. First to gives you more Def, and last to more Dam, so its uo to you :D Choose items agording to how teamfights go, if you cant survive, Mallet + Impaler, if you want more dam, Infi and Phantom.

Just try to last hit minions whit autoattacks or Rake, and harras your opponents whit Rake, or whit Cutthroat + Rake if he depends on skills to damage you and his friend isnt close by. Whne you have0 Noxian Diplomacy, you cant try to burst your enemys and poop Ignite on them, getting you a kill and a change to push tower or keep other laner away from xp. Just stay in a lane as long as you can, getting boots + Vampiric Scepter at your first recall would be cool. After that, try to save up for BF, but dont get stubid tryinf to save for it. If you have to recall, do it. You can allso buy Phage if your having problems to get B.F. Sword. Its not good idea to recall too much whitout getting items.

feedback would be nice, since its my first build and all :D did this in about 15min, just wanted to show my view of how to build talon :D If someone would tell me how I make sure I have 5000 letters? tell me what should be done diffrently in my build whit talon or in the way I bring my thoughts to you, so I can try to improve my guide more and more. (corrections in grammar would be cool too, my english isnt that good :D).
