Talon is a mid lane champion. Max out your'e Q and E to deal high damage hit-and-run attacks. Save your'e ultimate for when you are caught with low health with an enemy on your trail, or if you can secure a kill.

Although talon is a great hit-and-run champion, with his abilities on refresh, enemies can easily pick you off. Try to save your'e ultimate to secure kills and make a quick get away.

Early game, Talon can pack a punch. Once you hit level 3, you should have all your'e abilities (besides your'e ult). Using the abilities E Q W in that order can make a great hit and run sequence.
