Summoner spels is exhoust and flash, it need to reduct a damage enemys and escape.
runes give cdr, armor pen, armor. CDR(coldownreduction) need for have 38% cdr in midgame (i think it very good for melee caster.) armor pen, good in early and in midgame, with masteries in 1 lvl u will have near 30 arm. pen. u will hit like true damage... then after yomumu it willbe real true damage :D. items, start with Ruby Crystal for bee not squishi and fast Phage what give to u bonuce damage with talon`s passive.then take boot`s for cdr lonian bots of lucidity it give u more burst damage ! after this take The Brutalizer and now u have ~38% cdr. after this take or Sheen or Zeal for more damage, then take thouse all items into Trinity Force now u have burst with gaint damage :3 now transform The Brutalizer into the Yomumu`s ghostblade then for survive take warmog`s armor and for more damage take atma`s impaler after this u take item what u need :D 1) Infinity Edge
if u need MORE damage, 2) Phantom Dancer if u need moove speed, AS and critical strikes :D, 3) quickssilver sash with those item u can escape and survive, u will have much mr armor helth and will be not squishi + sash give`s good active, cleanse :D u can cleanse the exhoust\stun all other CC, good item. and the last one 4) Last Whisper if they have tank`s u need more arm.pen. then take this item and go broke face`s :D

Better position for Talon is solo top. In my build offtank dps u will survive like alistar and kill like trynda :D Stay solotop, only lasthit, sometimes haras your enemy by your burst damage, if enemy`s crips are 1 or 2 :D before 5 min u can zone your enemy, then after 5 min make ward on bush(vs gankers :D ) and play defensive. Only lasthit, sometimes haras. Now time of game is 20 min, u will start gank :D first will be mid, take the Vision Ward and put it in bush on mid. If here no ward it will be easy target for u, ordynary on mid stay mage, it your target ^^ jump by e skill then slow by w after this use your r come before him hit then hit by 1 then hit by auto atack`s :D and kill this ****. But if he escape near tower and have stun or any other CC, DO NOT TOWERDIVE, in 20 min i think u will have only Phage and lonian bots of lucidity u will squishi and focuse on tower. If gank mid was fail or not D: go bottom and gank it! :3 focuse on carry becourse if u focuse support, carry can easy deals damage on u and u will die :D slow\stun the enemy carry and try to kill it, if u will no kill and he escape, and on mid u was fail, try towerdive with allies if u have good teamplay u will take they, corse 3x2 will be easy :D

I think Talon The best meelee assasin, becourse he can stay solotop, all other assasin`s cant it :D and it means Talon can be use in ranked !
