ILLAOI IS BROKEN, I have played vs many Illaois and have never been able to beat her, if you are ever matched p try to E to get away from her E, you cannot blink to her tentacles.

Unbelievably bursty
Great at 1v1
Can shred the health off almost all enemies even with armor
strong mid and late game
can gank at early levels
still viable to all in at level 6

Early game weak
if you are CCed these is no way to escape with out flash ult or e to ememy
