I could've listed all the cons or pros that follows this champion, but is useless doing it since you gotta learn his way of gameplay first before using his full max extra power to archieve the pros.
Otherwise, for some reason, you'll only see the cons huehue...
Talon is just recomended to a really really badass person.
If you think you are skilled enuffff, still not enufff for this champion.
He's awesome as an assassin

Get kills
Rid off their adcarry from the fights
Cooldowns are great for the fight
You can always get out alive from anywere, anyhow, anyway, any talon
