Talon is and always will be an excellent chaser. He is also a burst champion who relies on attack damage for his abilities. This build allows almost every item to give damage, with a splash of durability. An early Last Whisper is always good for Talon, as 40 AD isn't very high, but along with 40% ArPen, this item is great. The Maw of Malmortius is also great against magic damage, and gives 55 AD. Next, is the Infinity Edge. It is a great choice for Talon, again more AD as well as critical chance, if you want, you can replace this with a Bloodthirster, but that's your choice. Frozen Mallet is another great choice, since he already can chase well, this can get you a kill from a high movement speed champ, or someone that can escape easily, such as Wukong or Master Yi, and adds even more AD and some health. Atma's Impaler is an item that adds armor, which is always good, and has one the best passives in the game. And because of Frozen Mallet, the passive gives around 40 to 45 more AD, a great way to round out his build.
